Westcliff was established as a direct response to the gaps in the market from people seeking renovation and construction services. As these types of projects are only undertaken occasionally, you are unlikely to be experienced in hiring and evaluating contractors. Unfortunately, many people have stories of contractors delivering low quality work, coming on over budget, taking shortcuts, and not completing projects on time. DANIEL CUSTODIO
As the founder and general manager of Westcliff Construction & Renovations, Dan Custodio is committed to helping his clients create their dream home. With more than 18 years of experience in the industry, Dan blends technical expertise with an artistic eye to create beautiful outcomes for his clients.

Born in Portugal and grew up in Hamilton, Ontario, Dan's passion for construction began as a youth, taking apart clocks, radios and other gadgets to fix them and find out how they worked. A graduate from Mohawk College, Dan is a certified Construction & Maintenance Electrician (309A). He began his career working for leading residential contractors in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area, where he developed a strong understanding of all the dynamic elements involved in construction and renovation projects, from start to end.

Over the years, Dan recognized several gaps and challenges that clients faced when working with contractors and launched Westcliff Construction & Renovations to provide holistic and high quality construction and renovation solutions. His focus on excellent customer service, attention to detail, and developing and executing projects that change his clients’ lives has earned him a well-deserved reputation as one of the top contractors in the GTHA.

Every project begins with an in-depth consultation to discuss your ideas, determine your needs and budget, and develop a project scope.

DESIGN AND PLANNING
We help you select various design elements of your project such as colours, fixtures, floors, etc. and determine the timeframe of your project.

CONSTRUCTION
From electrical and plumbing to installation and painting, we facilitate all of the elements of the project construction plan and ensure the process is organized and efficient.
4.
WRAP UP
We also bring in a cleaning crew for a thorough cleaning to ensure you can enjoy your renovated space immediately.
